Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Bloom Business Consulting, LLC (“Bloom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of our financial coaching services, subscription offerings, and digital content.
By enrolling in or purchasing any of our services, including the 30-Day Accelerator, 90-Day Accelerator, or the Bloom Financial Stewardship Subscription, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
1.1 Bloom provides financial education and consulting services delivered virtually through structured programs and monthly support packages.
1.2 Programs and subscriptions may include live sessions, digital templates, email support, private coaching, and access to online resources via a client portal.
1.3 Service specifics are outlined in the product descriptions and package tiers on our website and client materials.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to access our services.
2.2 By purchasing any service, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 All services must be paid for in advance. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month and apply to that month’s services.
3.2 Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Bloom reserves the right to change pricing and payment providers at any time with notice.
3.3 If payment fails or is not received by the due date, Bloom may suspend or terminate service access.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Accelerator Programs:
Payments are non-refundable once access to materials is granted or sessions have begun.
Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase and prior to accessing any materials may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to a 10% processing fee).
4.2 Monthly Subscriptions:
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled in writing at least 72 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
4.3 Chargebacks:
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Bloom to resolve concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate service termination and may be pursued legally.
5. Cancellations & Terminations
5.1 You may cancel services by submitting a written request to support@bloombusinessconsulting.com at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle.
5.2 Bloom reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms or failure to make timely payments.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials provided by Bloom, including but not limited to templates, workbooks, tools, videos, and portal content, are proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6.2 Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial training or resale is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Bloom agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business or financial information shared by the Client.
7.2 The Client agrees to treat Bloom’s materials and proprietary content as confidential and not to share, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 Bloom does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. All coaching is for educational and strategic planning purposes only.
8.2 Results vary and are not guaranteed. Client outcomes are dependent on individual effort, business context, and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in our services.
9.2 Bloom’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution via written communication.
10.2 If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be submitted to non-binding mediation in Fulton County, Georgia, before either party pursues legal action.
10.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Modifications to Terms
11.1 Bloom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
11.2 Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
